Some of my sites dropped page rank so I am wondering if it affects in SEO or not.

Can anyone please tell me if this will affect my seo or not.

I have not changed anything in my sites lately.

tadisaus2 - as I understand it, PR is basically a measure of the number of relevant incoming links to your website (I say basically because I am sure that the algorithm is very complicated).

So a reduction in PR would mean to me that either the number of these incoming links has reduced for some reason, or Google has downgraded the relevance of some of the links.

As incoming links is part of off-page optimization then yes, your SEO would be affected.

Oh, so page rank does matter in seo. I will keep linking my sites to high page rank web pages. However, it is too hard to get accepted from these high pr sites.
