[Just to be pedantic, the title tag is not a meta tag]

The title tag and meta description tag are both potentially displayed in the search results, so your primary motivation is to make them encourage people to visit you.

The meta description tag has no influence on search result ranking, so fully focus on it being your two sentences of sales banter.

The title tag does have influence so you should work on having a keyword rich but human enticing sales line.

Creating the meta title and meta description must target the audiences to become effective in the competition and by placing your keyword phrase in the title and description is effective, but be aware that the title must contain 60 to 70 characters long and 160 to 170 for the description.

After choosing the final keywords of your site, you need to categorized your keyword with your each web page. Create the attractive title and description targeting your keywords. Title must not more then 70 characters and description should up to 180 characters.

As you can see for yourself none of the big players are using any meta tags at all still they are the big dogs in town and are getting most of the traffic without any meta. It can only mean that meta tags is used to help small spiders that are having a hard time deciding what's what on a website.

First you got to categorize keywords according to the pages of your website. Use those keywords in your content in an appropriate manner, don't stuff them throughout the content.

For title tags you can use this format and keep the length upto 65-70 characters including spaces.

primary keyword | secondary keyword - company name or

company name - primary keyword | secondary keyword

In description make sure to use the keyword in the beginning keep the length no more than 160 characters including spaces.
