As such, we asked our best practice organizations to indicate the kinds of positive results of their initiatives. Results in this category were clearly in the areas of organization effectiveness and the achievement of business strategy and objectives. These objectives varied from cost savings, gaining consensus on a project that led to tangible business results, customer satisfaction, financial results, and even shareholder value.
