How many ranking factors does Google use?

Google's info recommends there are over 200 factors that are engaged into consideration. I think it’s less than 20 that actually matter and the others are so tiny that you don't necessity to pay attention to them. You really don't necessity to get everything right to rank well in Google, just the best important things.
