What are the best practices to make content for two different websites for a same shop? I mean the two different domains are in two different languages but they both are comes under the same business.

There are so many ways to go forward with this , I have implemented this in various different ways , and it all comes down to what system you already have in place , if you can customize it / how experienced are you in it , if you are willing to use different one and so on ... You must provide more info to get a more analytic answer
