I'm about to make a photo gallery using lots of pictures. I imported all of them to the library, selected them all and then place them on the stage. Because they are all the same size they appear as one image and they sit inside the first frame in the first layer. I convert the top picture to a movie clip and hit delete and they all disappear. I distributed them to layers to make sure they were all there and they all went to their own layer. I wanted to bring them all to the stage at one time to save time of converting them to symbols. The other option would be to bring them to the stage one by one, convert , and delete. That's time consuming and tedious. BUt it seems it taking more time than saving. Can someone help me see what I am doing wrong?
