I don't think anyone has ever dedicated a book on colors, but i recommend you go google them.

Thanks I'll take a look, if any book suggestions, that is taught to fully understand color when designing :)

There are books dedicated to Color Theory, although I havent seen any related to Web Design and Color Theory. You may want to do a search on Amazon and read take a look at some of the book previews and read the reviews.
