My music files are on J, a 32 GB thumb drive Fat 32 made by Integer
I want to have Windows MediaPlayer 11 INDEX these files and play them, as it used to when they were on C. There is no longer any music stored on C (I need the space)
What WORD do I use when describing this need to helpful people such as you?
"Sync", the jargon-word, seems to mean that
WMP would use the MUSIC FILES on C to FORCE UPDATE the files on J
I want the files of J to force an update of the WMP INDEX and only the index (which they call "library").
What does "Add to Windows MediaPlayer" mean if WMP allowed me to "add" folder J?
Does it just mean "sync"
i.e.(A) Copy all of J onto C
or (B) Copy all of J onto C
neither of which I want.
