i am not able to boot my cd even though cd rom i s detecting well .there is no probs with cd since its working fine in other machines
so can you please help me to sort out this problem

Try going to the manufacturers website to see if there is a firmware update for your model. You can usually find your current version by going to:\
start> all prorams> accessories> system tools> system information> components
: post your results

but i am not even able to enter the system
becuase i had forgotten the password and i put a password recovery cd
and the cd-rom is not even detecting
so please help me for the same.
