I have an asus A8V, which has a small passive heatsink as the cooling element for the northbride. I am currently into overclocking, and by doing more research I find it highly likely that my overclocking has hit a wall because of instability in the system bus. I want to buy a heatsink that will work on my motherboard. I really want thermalright's NB-1C hsf. The NB-1C is compatible with asus's SK8V which is the same chipset.. except the capacitors are located a bit differently. I am just wondering if anyone knows if the NB-1C is compatible? or if they have any other chipset cooling suggestions?!
Thanks for the help everyone!!
