I have purchased a new MOBO, An Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus.
I have rebuilt system only putting one hard drive, one ram stick, and 1 graphics card in, it posts and reads hardware but, will shut down within a 30-45 seconds....
any ideas

1gig ram pc 4200
Gforce 7600
Glasgow
Jump to Postcheck the CPU temperature.
And swap the RAM slot.Hope this helps!

Found the problem, re seated CPU fan and all is okay

Hi:) i think check ram is seated properly. Problem arises from ram. And if it won't work motherboard is the final problem.
check the CPU temperature.
