My PC did not start properly. The main problem are

1. Sometimes i switch on the pc, at that time if a small beep sound arises, then PC will not start. The post will completete,then windows emblem will come. after that it will not go further.

In this situation i switch off UPS,then start the CPU again,sometimes the previous problem will occr,But if the CPU produced a clear beep sound then the pc will work properly. This is my PC s problem,Please give me a solution

It may be that your CMOS battery voltage is low and the battery needs replacing.
If so make a note of CMOS settings and replace battery.
