Every time it boots and I get into the PhoenixBIOS setup and run the diagnostics, it says that 1-07 fail. If I try and let it boot up it will ask if to go to the safe mode or normal mode command. Each time it will go to a blue screen and blink so fast that you can't read it then reboot again. I'm not quite sure on why it's doing this.
