Just wondering if somebody can help me figure out what the problem with my comp is. when i power it on, everything gets power but i dont hear the normal beeps on startup. Also it doesnt even turn my monitor on. Any advice would be appreciated.

Possibly power supply, but in my experience it's the mb.

i pulled the ram out and still no beeps. Everything has power, the fans are all running, floppy drives open up, but the monitor does not turn on. Is there a way to determine if its the motherboard or cpu?
