hi everyone, i started quite recently refurbishing old computers/laptops for underprivileged/ disabled kids. most of the refurbs are quite straight forward but, i`ve got this dell gx150 which sounds that annoying buzzer when switched on even though the microswitch inside is working correctly, and because of this it won`t even go into startup mode, does anyone have any simple ideas, apart from launching it out of a third storey window..lolol thanks matt:D

Knowing how Dell owners usually treat their equipment, check to see if it is the right speed ram and that there are no mis-matched sticks.
A few months ago I sorted 2 identical Dell's out that had 4 different speeds of ram between them for example.
