I just changed my mother board and keep getting this error. Any thoughts?

This is a continuation from the last thread about windows 2000 installation problems last weekend.

Was this MB ever working,
The battery might be bad, You can try simply removing the battery and booting.
You will lose cmos info about drives and such, but that isnt a big deal if it does not boot
Spyware/virus may have flashed the bios/cmos to oblivion...
You might just need to go into cmos setup and reset it to failsafe...
Doubtful but there is a chance

Last possibility might be a bad ram chip messing things up,
Pull all but one if there are more than one,
swap in a known good ram chip.
Verify that the ram you are using is the correct speed and type...
