hi i'm a newbie so i hope i can get this right ...
i've just bought a new motherboard to replace my old one

i've moved all my bit's and bobs to the new motherboard and attached the cpu , graphic card , atx cables and memory , dvd drive, monitor and tryed a quick test before i placed it in my case ...when i try and boot up the heatsink start's to spin on the cpu my graphic card kick's in but i get no POST/BIOS on my screen and my new motherboard don't even beep !!!!!!! can anyone help me please here my spec -
ABIT IB9 MOTHERBOARD INTEL CORE 2 E6600
DDR 2 ADATA 4gb ASUS 8800GTX GRAPHIC CARD
HITACHI DESK STAR 250gb SATA SEASONIC 600watts PSU

Try clearing the cmos. Your mobo manual will show you how to do it.

Sometimes drives can cause a problem. Try removing every drive, and boot again, then if it is fine, add one by one to find which is the problem.
