I have a Gateway 450SX laptop. I had to remove the motherboard to resolder the power supply input jack. Since then the screen will "scramble" at any given time for no apparent reason. I tried removing the lcd screen and plugging in a crt monitor and the same thing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

The fan is free of dust. It worked fine untill I removed the motherboard. Thanks anyway.
