I have a Dell Inspiron 4100, sorta old, and suddenly the 'a,s,d,f,j,k,l' keys don't work. The 'g and h' work fine. Upper case on these doesn't work either. This is stopping me from typing my password to connect to the internet so I can work on this. This message is coming off of my newer laptop. I've downloaded new drivers for the old laptop with no apparent harm and certainly no help. Any advice as to what to do next?

Thanks.

Use the new laptop instead, or you can go to a laptop repair store and get a new keyboard.
