im stuck between buying a gtx 460 sc or gtx470 sc as i have not got a gtx 260 anymore

i want to play games like crysis on max detail with playable frame rates 30fps minimum

will a gt240 dedicated physx card with either of the cards help maintain fps or will it not make a difference

is the 470 worth the 100 pound price difference

my cpu is a phenom ii 965 @ 4ghz and play at 1920x1080 all times

my oc gtx 260 got me 24-35fps

or any other suggestions
