i just bout a new dell falt screen and when i connect it the screens flashes on and off with lines running through it. Whenever I change the resoluton to a bigger size i get the desktop split into 2 copies one on top of the other... Lst year when i reid plugging in m computer to a freinds flat panel monitor i got the same results.... WHY?
