This is an old Philps 16" Monitor, I had been having issues with it flickering so i didnt use it however how I NEED to use it again.

It was fine but now it randomly powers off and after a random amount of time it turns on. Takes from 5 mins to 30 seconds :/ I can go though no steps to reproduce the effect. The computer still knows it is there as i can move the mouse to where I could click on something.

Do i take it apart and take a look touch some wires, see if that helps or is it broken? :)

Thank you

I definitely would not suggest taking it apart. It can be very dangerous inside a CRT monitor, lots of high voltage even when it's unplugged. You say it's old, it could be just the beginning of the end.

Dangerous is an understatement! Touch the wrong bit of the tube starter and you are dead!!!
