My laptop died Compaq Presario 2500. Said I needed a new motherboard. Not doing that. Bought a new gateway and love it so far. My question is how or if I can transfer stuff off old hard drive to new laptop. Anyone know. Thanks a bunch!

With this setup, you can format your old drive so you can use it as extra storage and for moving files between machines.
