my pc usb mouse stops and when i disable and re-enable "USB ROOT HUB" under USB CONTROLLERS IN DEVICE MANAGER, my usb mouse starts working....after sometime it gives same problem....i use same solution but its getting cured....its been a cycle like thing....suggest me the best solution...

You could try changing the power settings for your usb devices. By default they are set to turn off to save power. This is in device manager, right-click on the usb, select properties, check the setting under power management. It could also need an updated mouse driver.

I would suggest a few things.

  • First try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.
  • Make sure the most up to date drivers are installed.
  • Try another mouse as the mouse you are using could be a problem.

I hope this works if not come back I will prepare more soloutions.
