hi everyone i have a dead laptop which is not working its motherboard is dead, but its screen is prefectly working. i have a desktop but dont have a spare monitor. what i want to do is to detach my laptop screen from laptop and use it as a monitor for my desktop.
if this is possible please tell me how can i do this?

no would be the simple answer ,yes would be the answer if you think anythings possible .
you biggest obstacle will be how do you connect it to the computer ,if you happen to be a higly skilled electrical technicion then yeah it could be possible .

it not possible is simple answer ,I have never seen a laptop lcd adapter to vga or dvi adapter, like reason is there is so many different conection to laptop video plug

funny thing is I actually have one of them in my box of old computer parts .didn't know what it was for .lol
