has any one used this card or has any opinion about it? i Have heard a few people have problems with them ...it seemed their quality is not that good. Can any one provide any further details.

I've used the card. I love it. It works great on the Rogers/ATT network in Canada. Whats the problem you're having? Have you contacted your carrier or Sierra Tech support? Maybe the carrier didn't set you up properly.
