on win xp pro (also occured on win98) w 512meg ram etc.

at anytime the mouse freeze up. ctrl-alt-del does not work, no apparent disk activity. nothing works. BUT give it time, 10 seconds to 5 minutes, and everything will start working. maybe for a few seconds or maybe not accur again.

my question is how do you troubleshoot this apparent loop ?:-|
