The problem is with my, HP PSC 1401 All In One.
I recently replaced the ink cartridges. Now all it will do is print the test page. It will not print anything else it just wants to print the test page over and over. I have tried everything I can think of including pushing the reset button, but I can't seem to fix the problem.

Go to the HP site for that model, then to the online tech support which you can do even if you are out of warranty.
That HP Printer Scanner Copier has a short life, as do most All in One printers. The sytem board fails and cannot be fixed at a reasonable price.
If it can be fixed, their online live message tech support in Bangalore is very good and can help you resolve any problem except the system board.
