I have a toshiba p105-6024. After recently replacing my cd/dvd-rom drive, my screen will not come on. The power comes on but I get nothing. I tried the fn plus screen button but that did nothing either. What can I do to fix this?

If so, then check the monitor connections weren't pulled out / dislodged when you put in the new CD/DVD drive.
Also, is this CD/DVD drive compatible with your laptop? Some laptops are quite fussy with which hardware components they can use.
