IDE Hard drive, nVidia 7900GT, 500 power supply, IDE DVD rom?

I'm aware that this probably isn't the right place to post this, but I didn't see anything in the Hard Ware section dedicated to general help.

I'm getting all of those tommorow (If I'm lucky) and will probably need help installing them, if it is possible to do it myself. I'm asking now, because I won't be able to later. :D

Also, is it possible to move all the stuff on my current hard drive, an move it to the new one? If I could have both in there, that would be nice. If you need pictures, I have some. My PC is a Dimension B110 (If that means anything... Except you know what the case is now).

Seeing as my new GPU will be better than my old one, I'll get rid of the oldie. Is there a reason why I might keep it? Or would the only dual GPU option be a SLI bridge thing?

Are all power supplies the same size? (I sure as hell hope so, the current 250W seems so small) Are all ATX PSUs compatable? I assume the Dell case is ATX.

I think all I have to do with the DVD drive is pull out that peice of plastic in the front (below my CD rom) slide it in, and plug that white tipped plastic wire in the back?

I remember if the GPU is in stalled the same it will only need to be slid in the back, and put in the PCI x16 ports or w/e. Anything that might be helpful?

Here are some pics I took a while back...

They might take a second to show up, but they should be there.
If you need more pics, just ask and I'll take some more.

If you want links to the individual parts, just ask. I'll post the link from newegg.

The current stuff? It's a 2004 peice of crap that was bought before I knew anything about computers.

I got 1GB RAM (I'll upgrade that soon)
2.53 GHz (single core) Celeron (haha)
250W PSU
an FX5500 That I bought a while back.
The Hard Drive is 34GB (yeah, laugh if you want)
