adding different memory types

so far i have installed a ddr 512mb sdram to my pc
i was wondering if i would add
pc100-222-620, 128mb 100mHz by dell
and
16mX72.sdram pc100-222-620 by toshiba
to my pc witut ruining anything.
is it possible?
