so wel... i have this problem that when ever i'm installing or, opening a program, my pc restarts, dont know how come but its anoying, whenever i do something that needs a little bit more work for my pc, "a little" like watching a movie on youtube, or installing a program like flashget, or a game like flight simulater x, it keeps restarting :S dont get why....

my pc config is:

processor : Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6850 @ 3.00GHz
graphic card: Nvidia Geforce 7950 GX2
ram : 2Gig. ram
power suply : 420 Wat.

Run it with one ram stick installed in your system. Check what will happen.

yeah bu i'v goth like 4 sticks of 512 ram in it

Before anything else, try to repair your operating system. Remember, back up all your files. Sometimes it might be a software problem. Be ready to have some program cds that needs to be reinstalled after the repair.
