I switched on my computer and seem to be infected with a programme called live pc care. I tried in safe mode to remove it with malawarebytes, it said it was infected with this problem and it cleared it but when i rebooted it was there again. Can anyone help me to get rid of this problem, I would be grateful as its driving me nuts.

Malwarebytes is meant to be run in Normal Mode, not safe mode.
