Good suggestions already from (use a clean PC to transfer removal tools) and (try booting outside normal Windows). The symptoms described—blocked AV sites, download failures and multiple browser helpers—are consistent with adware/browser‑hijackers and sometimes with deeper infections that hook networking (proxy or Winsock) or hide as persistent startup processes. A targeted, ordered cleanup is safer than random deletions.

Recommended cleanup workflow (ordered, non‑destructive):

  1. Prepare a clean USB on a known‑good machine. Put copies of: RKill (to stop malicious processes), Malwarebytes Anti‑Malware (installer), AdwCleaner (PUP/toolbars), TDSSKiller (rootkits), Autoruns and Process Explorer (Sysinternals), plus a rescue ISO if possible.
  2. Boot the infected PC into Safe Mode (F8 on Vista/7). Safe Mode prevents many malware components from loading and improves removal success (as @lisandroivan suggested).
  3. Run RKill first to terminate rogue processes, then run a full scan with Malwarebytes. Follow with AdwCleaner and TDSSKiller if the scan logs suggest PUPs or rootkits.
  4. Use Autoruns to uncheck and delete suspicious startup entries and BHO/toolbars. Use Process Explorer to inspect any unknown running processes and confirm file locations before removal.
  5. Repair networking and browser hooks (from an elevated prompt):
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /flushdns

Also check Internet Options → Connections → LAN Settings for unwanted proxy entries and remove browser extensions/toolbars and reset browser settings.

  1. If tools cannot run or removal fails, boot the machine from a trusted rescue ISO and scan offline, or connect the drive to a clean PC for scanning. If cleaning is incomplete, a clean OS reinstall is the safest final option.

Cautions and follow‑ups: back up personal documents (avoid copying executables), scan backups on a clean system before opening, disable USB autorun, and change all passwords only after the machine is verified clean (use a different, trusted device).

Try downloading MalwareBytes from another computer, copy it to a USB stick, transfer the executable to your infected computer.

The reason why you may not be able to access certain sites is because the malware wrote ficticious entries in your HOSTS file. You HOSTS file is located in %systemdir%\system32\drivers\etc. Open the file with notepad, remove any bogus entries, save the file. If you are running Vista/7, you may need to open the file with elevated priviledges, or copy it to your desktop, make the changes, and just drag it back to the original location once you updated the file.

commented: Thanks! I will try it now :D +0

I looked at the host file, nothing changed, but i'll try the malwarebytes now, thanks :D

try to run till your pc lets you: "peetechfix", wich is a single antivirus but effective against many virus,

if you can't get access normally , try to enter by pressing " f8 " before the windows screen appears after press down the power button,

another way is take out the hard disk and check it (like external disk) from another pc with an antivirus so you can clean it
