Hey everyone,

My name is Andrew Hooker. I am from Nashville. I recently bought a CD duplicator and label printer by Rimage. I have installed all the software and all is running fine. I can burn audio cds. When I go to print a pdf file(graphic) directly to the CD I get a message after the job tries to start that I need to check my printer connections and its erors that it cannot open its connections. I have contacted Rimage tech support and they told me it was a OSX problem. They said for label printing it only uses the Macs print engines. Please somebody help me!!???????

Hello,

I would delete the printer from OS X and install it again. Perhaps some of the settings got mucked up.
