can anyone tell how to fix it

Thread starter reported that the PC "will not turn back on." Early replies from and start the conversation; below is a compact, ordered troubleshooting path that moves beyond the very first checks and gives concrete diagnostics and safety notes.

Start by recording exactly what happens when power is pressed: front-panel LEDs (steady, flicker, off), CPU/case fans (spin or not), HDD/SSD activity LEDs, any beep patterns or motherboard debug LEDs. Those observations narrow the fault faster than guessing components.

No visible activity at all usually points to the power-delivery path (PSU, main connectors, motherboard). With mains disconnected and ESD precautions in place, inspect for obvious damage (scorched PCB, bulging capacitors, loose standoffs). For a safe functional test, either swap in a known-good PSU or use a purpose-built PSU tester. Do not open the PSU can; avoid live testing unless experienced.

Fans spin but there is no POST or display: reduce the system to a minimal configuration (motherboard + CPU + single known-good RAM stick + onboard video if available). Reseat the RAM and try different slots/sticks. Remove discrete GPU and other cards. Listen for BIOS beep codes or check the board’s debug LEDs and consult the motherboard manual for their meanings.

If the board posts but the OS won’t load, use bootable USB rescue media to check drives and file systems. A CMOS clear (jumper or remove the battery briefly with power unplugged) can help with corrupted settings. Final notes: use an anti-static strap, never probe PSU internals, and if any component shows clear physical damage, stop and take the machine to a repair shop. Providing the exact observed indicators (LEDs/fans/beeps and the motherboard model) is the most useful next step for diagnosis.
