caperjack helped me for a while but we couldnt fix this yet.

Ok the problem is, my CD drive keeps going out (code 19) something about the regestry, I cant install anti-virus, my cookies are messed up, I cant do a defragment. Oh and I cant reinstall windows (no disks and I have info I wanna keep), and I cant do a system restore! I think its the RPC server.

ok I KINDA fixed it. I deleted the windows service pack 2. I am still having problems w/ anti-virus and my cd drive.
