When I open a new browser, the starting page become somesort of unknown place called http://win-eto.com/hp.htm?id=9, which contains bunch of weird links and pop-ups that says my computer is infected by spyware. I try to change my starting page from my internet options, but it never works. Also sometimes in my favorites folder, unwanted links are automatically added without even notifieing me in any ways. Please help me.
