- I opened the box and cleaned out the fans and inspected motherboard all is good
- I checked ACPI power management and on never
- I swaped cable for HArd drive
- I tried to boot up with diagnostic start up
- I swaped the ram
- Installed and ran adaware, ccleaner, superantispyware
- then i went into msconfig in safe mode and removed all from start up and still freezes when starting in normal mode

I'm wondering what else i could try to fix this issue.
