Need help with .net framework 3.5 sp1 problem

HI

Apparently my .net framework has problems with starting up as every time i start up my computer and gets to the desktop screen it gives me a
Unhandled Exception Error with .Net Framework

I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times now, and have also installed the patches by microsoft for issues with applications for .net framework.

I currently have .net framework 2.0 sp2, .net framework 3.0 sp1, and .net framework 3.5 sp1 on my computer.

I have windows xp sp3.

Its not a problem with the framework itself, its a problem with a program called MzRamBooster which is set to run at boot.

Deinstall this program.
