Hi fellow techies and others : ) As a member of this site, I am requesting some information on how to: You see I have a friend with windows 2000 and they want to regularly use Utube and heres the problem: The pc in question does meet system requirements basically a Pentium 4 made by Dell, processor speed is over 1, lots of free hard space etc..but when viewing Utube video, the pc plays back at a slightly higher rate than normal (chipmunk sounding) and i know i can adjust frequencies in windows 2000 but can't seem to find a way and the answer isn't on Microsoft.com where it should be accessible to us, the IT guys that keep the world going round : )
