Hai everybody
when i plug my laser printer to my computer the printer spooler is suddenly getting stopped. when i start is and refresh its again disabling. im using Norton 2003. it says no virus are in my pc. help me

hi, if your're using xp pro try this one..

go control panel > administrative tools > services > click on "print spooler" set the "start up type" to automatic and make sure that the service is started..

check if it will help

it is also possible the print spool queue has a 'gash' file in it; Try to find the directory (inside windows) called 'spool' and delete anything in there; this often clears th print queue and enable restart of printing systems. (even ofter a restart!)
