i have a problem that when i click on a link within an e mail my cursor changes to a hand and outlook express freezes up, I cant do anything unless i use alt ctrl delete and end program.

is it possible that you have too many programs running to open the link? try freeing up some memory by shutting down programs you're not using...

also, if that doesn't work and you're running windows XP then do you have service pack 2 installed? its supposed to be able to fix security issues with outlook express
