When I start the system for a while, and the mouse and keyboard stop suddenly, I can do nothing and must restart computer.

Drive C is FAT32.

Please help me....^_^

We need a lot more info than that in order to diagnose your problem.
What windows version do you have?
What type of mouse and keyboard do you have? PS2 or USB?
Have you added any software or hardware just before the problem began?
What virus and malware protection do you have?

if you are playing video or music does it also stop responding, when the mouse and keyboard stop responding

I use windows sp2, mouse and keyboard both are ps2.
And other information I forgot, I have no any virus sorftware.

If you use the PC online and you don't use any protective software then you are just asking to get infected.

what im to to get at is it just the mouse and keyboard or is the computer itself freezing up.if you go to a web page with video playing [ try www.youtube.com ,click a video to see if it keeps playing after the mouse and keyboard stop responding !
