When I used my computer i cannot see anything except the my desktop wallpaper. I cannot see the desktop shortcuts, start icon, quick lunch and the likes. I run application using ctrl + alt +del and new task. How can I fix this one?

explorer.exe is not internet explore it windows,its your desktop ,so type it into run ,,just type "explorer.exe"
