Hi

I am trying to clean up a computer with spanish XP. In normal mode the computer works fine, even though it is really infected with stuff. But when I try to start in safe mode, it crashes with a blue screen. There is an error code below with these codes: 0x0000007b (0xfa2c3528, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Just before the crash i get the message "Press Esc to cancel loading sptd.sys" for a while. The esc does not help either.

I also know that the computer is infected with something that prevents Ad-Aware from starting up. I also tried to install F-secure, but this made the computer so slow it was unusable. Maybe some malicious code is doing this too?

I would appreciate any help!
