Hi,

I am having a system with following configuration

RAM : 2 GB
HardDisk : 250 GB
Prcessor : Intel Core 2 Duo
OS : Vista Starter

I am facing problem while installing SQL Developer in my syatem.
Is there any way to resolve this issue or is there any way to upgrade vista starter to other high end OS.

yes purchase the upgrade from a retail outlet or Microsoft and install it
