Hello,
I have been getting Internet TCP/IP Protocol error. I have to restart the PC to get it to work again. What would be causing this to happen?

I would love to help if I can, but I would like to be sure I understand the problem. Would you post the entire message including the title and any error codes? Can you reproduce the problem at will, or does it happen at random intervals?

It is random... Here is the errors that windows recorded. It has started rebooting. So here is the errors I found in event viewer.
Error code 1000007e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 a86eea26, parameter3 ba4d7c68, parameter4 ba4d7964.
Not sure if that is any help..When it does it again I will get all the info.

error 2019 The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty. How could I find the problem causing this error?

I would start by resetting IE,
Setting the Browser Cache to 50MB:

Set your system cache to 1.5 times the total physical RAM:

Then look at if the problem persists:
