"The procedure entry point sehbin could not be located in the dynamic library kernel32.dll"

My Laptop was working without battery when I accidentally unplugged it. When I turned on my computer I received an Error message "the procedure entry point sehbin could not be located in the dynamic library kernel32.dll" and about 6 programs stopped working right away

I tried to restore my system but it Didnt help.

How can I fix it? Thank you

If it will help before my PC turned off I was browsing the internet and played Mu online game (official server)

try reinstall those programs

also does this word from the error mean anythibng to you "sehbin "
