I have ran my virus scan and adware and it says nothing detected, but when I open IE, and then try to open another page it give me an error saying interent exploer encounter problem and shutting down. Can some one please, please help me. Thanks.

See if you can get download Mozilla Firefox browser from another computer and run it to see whether the same problem occur. If no problem than the IE maybe an old version so you may need to upgrade to the latest IE. If the problem still exist than it you have to check whether there is virus, spyware or malware that may cause this to happen.
